The team at Tildens is great! I would highly recommend going to them if you have any car troubles. I took my car in thinking I may need an alignment and my tires looked at, the guys took there time trying to figure out the issue but in the end nothing was wrong, they turned off my tire light and didn’t charge me anything! These guys are truly great!

Skip these guys, they clearly don't care about your car. I kept asking about transmission service and like clockwork they respond with what the MANUFACTURER suggests. Has anyone been paying attention lately? The manufacturers are suggesting terrible maintenance intervals, so your car goes boom and you have to buy a new one. Mike and Mike will blindly repeat that the manufacturer says the fluid is "good for the life". Took my car somewhere else and the first thing they said was "transmission fluid is black, needs serviced" Wow was that so hard guys? Are you guys just too lazy to deal with the fluid disposal? Avoid Tilden at all costs or ALL the costs will be on you!

This will be a follow up to the LW review, as I hit the character limit! And now Tilden has responded to my review, and here's all you need to know: MIKE! Brother. If you had ROAD TESTED my VW and the brakes you changed, ABOVE PARKING LOT SPEEDS, I would have never known you missed tightening that bolt, which has then caused damage to the brand new rotor and brake pads you installed and charged me for. "I'm sorry that I am human and made a mistake", that's not what I am asking you to make right. I am asking you to make the BAD BRAKE INSTALL YOU DID, a GOOD BRAKE INSTALL! Would you have been an honest and standup man, and changed the brakes out because they were now damaged from a bolt being missed and you just screwed up a brand new rotor and brake pad install because of negligence with missing a bolt? I doubt it! After all of this, I can say with 100% you absolutely would not have, BECAUSE YOU HAD THE CHANCE TO DO IT NOW, BUT TILDEN IS CHOOSING THIS OPTION INSTEAD OF BEING HONEST AND UPRIGHT. Again, how many THOUSANDS of dollars have we given you guys in business? Throwing that away for $300 in NEGLIGENT WORK you all performed and won't just honor and fix. Also, I did not "diag

I would highly recommend Tilden Car Care. I've been taking my truck to Tilden for over a year, and they are really great mechanics. They are also really honest people and have very fair prices. Like many of the other reviews state, they will shoot you straight and give good advice. The folks at Tilden are mechanics you can trust!
